Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Kochi
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction supervision and execution

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, construction specifications, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project flow.
• Conduct site inspections, material checks, and ensure workforce efficiency.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update senior engineers/project managers.
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly with practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with structural and architectural designs.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and construction methods.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and BOQs.
• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management tools.
